Arvin Golchin

A passion for property from a young age influenced Arvin’s professional journey ten-fold, where he started voluntarily within this great industry at just fifteen years of age for a nationally recognised real estate agency during the school holidays.

Arvin gained a bachelor of science degree in Real Estate management with honours from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK, which is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Post University, Arvin enjoyed employment positions within the UK as a property inspector for a boutique residential brand through to a site inspector/portfolio manager for a large-scale private property developer, to establishing his own property business which was eventually merged.

Arvin immigrated to Australia in 2012 and studied the Certificate IV in Property Services, proudly holding a Class 1 Licence. Within Australia, Arvin has worked for one of Australia’s most well-known corporate brands within their development projects team, as well as a senior consultant role for development site sales under the alias TEAMVIN prior to the launch of VIN Commercial, jointly with Navin Upreti.

Arvin has a reputable track record for delivery and considered an industry leader, having gained invaluable experience working for internationally recognised organisations through to large and boutique privately owned companies.
